Seafish are looking for chefs who are the most successful in the following ways:

• Driving up your sales of seafood by promoting it positively and passionately
to your customers.

• Making an outstanding effort to boost consumer awareness of the wide variety
of seafood available in the UK, and the many health benefits that it offers.

• Encouraging customers to eat seafood twice a week.

Entries will be judged on your campaign style; marketing; promotion;
dishes created (at least five); use of sustainable species; customer feedback
and measurable results.
